Ian – Antiques, Jewellery & Coin Specialist
Growing up in his Grandparents’ antique store located in Lane Cove NSW Ian was given a rare insight into the daily activities of some of the most prominent ‘Junk Dealers’ of the 1980’s during what is considered the boom period of antique dealing in Australia. One day while assisting his Mother repair antiques at her retail store in the Rocks Sydney a Sri Lankan gemstone dealer knocked on the door to enquire about the sale of his recently acquired coloured stones from abroad. This chance encounter would later set Ian on a journey to gemstone mines in Africa, Thailand & China to seek out as much knowledge in the field of Gemmology and Antique Jewellery while fulfilling a growing passion for foreign languages and history through the handling of ancient coins.

Lawrence – Antiques, Oriental Porcelain & Decorative Arts Specialist
As a young lad in the 1970’s growing up in Balmain NSW Lawrence left home to begin a challenging career onboard a Cargo Ship as a Merchant Seaman. This would take him on several adventures to different parts of the world including South East Asia & Western Europe where anchored at port Lawrence was able to utilise his unique travel opportunity to buy locally made ceramics and further nurture his growing enthusiasm in history.
What started as a small personal collection grew to become an addiction, sending Lawrence to reside in the famous pottery making town of Staffordshire, England. Whilst in his new environment Lawrence jumped straight into the vibrant antique scene, handling & gaining knowledge in a wide array of porcelain & antique items abundantly available throughout numerous antique markets, fairs & auction houses across the country. Meghan (Meg) – Antiques, Porcelain & Silver Specialist

Meghan’s first introduction into collecting was through her Father who was a significant collector of 18th century Wedgwood and it wasn’t until taking up courses in pottery restoration that she felt it was time to delve into the world of buying & selling.
